Meet our board

Our board ensures that we have a well-defined business strategy which will lead the firm in a clear and focused manner. One of the most important functions of the board is to ensure that the firm’s corporate governance framework is supported by regularly updated policies and implemented across all areas of the business. The board is further responsible for reviewing the financial standing and profitability of the business, ensuring adherence to all laws and general oversight of key operating aspects of the business

Nadine Davies

Board Member

Nadine is the founder and CEO of Strategic Wealth and has been with the business since 2007. Nadine started her career with Investec Asset Management in Johannesburg, South Africa and then moved to Botswana to set up Strategic Wealth in 2007. She is responsible for the strategic management and business development of the firm.

Koketso Moseki

Koketso Moseki

Board Member

Koketso is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Strategic Wealth.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree from Monash University with majors in Economics and Management, and a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) Long-Term Insurance.

Koketso started her financial services career with Strategic Wealth in an administrative position and played an instrumental role as a Developer and Training Facilitator for the company’s financial literacy course – Planning For Your Future.  

Ms Moseki subsequently moved into the media industry where she has worked for five years at a Senior Management level.  She recently completed a specialization in Social Media Marketing with Northwestern University.

Sipho Ziga

Board Member

Sipho Ziga is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Strategic Wealth. 

He is the lead partner in the Commercial Department of Armstrongs, a leading commercial firm in Botswana. Sipho was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana in 1997 and as Conveyancer and Notary Public in 1998.

His specialisations include corporate commercial legal transactions; banking and finance; capital raisings, offerings, listings, corporate governance, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and general business law. Sipho’s infallible expertise in mining law means he acts as advisor to the vast majority of multinationals and mining houses with interests in Botswana and lenders financing mining projects. He regularly advices both parastatals and the private sector in Botswana on Botswana’s law and regulatory environment.

He also routinely carries out and gives advice on Botswana’s law and regulatory environment with regard to general corporate legal advice and has been involved as legal adviser to a number of listings (both equity and debt instruments) on the Botswana Stock Exchange.

Sipho has been practising law in this jurisdiction for 25 years and is considered one of the foremost commercial lawyers in Botswana.
