We are passionate about training because we want to be able to make a difference. We believe that the best way to help Batswana retire well is to keep providing information to trustees which is both interesting and relevant. We also have a program which we have developed to empower members. In our experience, the only way a member can retire well is if they are informed and if they make the decision to take responsibility for their own financial future.
Trustee training program
Strategic Wealth’s has an annual training program developed specifically for asset consulting client’s.
Each fund receives a number of individual training sessions through the year as well as access to their own an online training portal. Individuals can work through a comprehensive training program designed to introduce trustees to their roles and responsibilities and then take them through investment theory and other fund related topics. Individuals can work at their own pace and will be provided with a certificate of completion.
Trustees also receive periodic articles designed to assist them in their role and develop their knowledge.
Public trainings
As part of our social responsibility Strategic Wealth holds an annual retirement fund workshop aimed at expanding trustee knowledge and providing insight in to current retirement fund trends, challenges and innovations.
This training is absolutely free and is aimed at encouraging learning and the sharing of information amongst trustees and industry stakeholders.

We have adapted our public trainings for the time being and will be conducting the “DIY, In your own time series” which will allow trustees and stakeholders to still get the benefits of the trainings in a convenient and safe way
